· The fact that we all heal in stages and in layers and spurts of intense creativity can become a part of the healing process
· Pay close attention to those moments when you feel great emotional unrest because they are the precursors to new artistic discovery, and
· Life is short and now is the perfect time to listen to your heart and lean into your creativity to bring your gifts out into the world
