We are approaching the Thanksgiving holiday here in the U.S. No doubt it will be different this year like so many things. Welcome to this week's blog. I want to share something that I’ve discovered during this challenging year which is that what you focus on is how you feel. I have three tips that I want to share with you today around how to get around this or how to shift your focus in order to feel joy or excitement instead of fear or anxiety. These tips work for me and I hope they will work for you too, especially when it comes to your creativity and helping you when you feel creatively stuck.
